・Additional facility required such as carpet, furniture,
spotlight, etc. can be available. The Exhibitor should
use
the Order Form for optional equipment (Provided by
the Organizer upon receipt of booth fee payment) to
place
order for the required facility.

The catalogue and literature of the exhibits should be sent to the Organizer
with this application. Booth is reserved in order of
receipt of application with the required payment.

| Optional
Equipment |
After confirmation of the booth fee payment, Order Forms for the additional equipment
(such as carpet, display,spotlight, etc.) required is provided.
Exhibitor is requested to fill in and return the Order
Forms to the Organizer not later than March 18(tue),2008. |
| Payment
Procedure |
Participation is officially accepted when the booth fee payment is completed.
(1)Booth fee must be paid when submitting application form.
(2)For the additional equipment, the Organizer will issue
an invoice upon receipt of the completed Order Forms. With
the invoice, exhibitor must make payment in full by the
deadline, March
18(tue),2008. Without the required payment,
any Order Forms will not be processed
Note:All payments must be settled by either check or money
transfer into the following bank account in Yen.
