- The Organizer retains the sole right to screen out the exhibits displayed in Compact Booth where premium food products can be featured. Furthermore, in principle, only one exhibit space(4㎡) is assigned to the exhibitor.
Note:Please note that additional facility required for the above two types of booths other than each package such as display, spotlight, etc. can be available on a rental basis and ordered by Order Form

The catalogue and literature of the exhibits should be submitted to the organizer with this application. Booth is reserved in order of receipt of application with the required payment.
After confirmation of the booth fee payment, Order Form for the additional equipment (such as display, spotlight, etc) required is provided. Exhibitor is requested to fill in and return the Order Form to the Organizer not later than
January 11, 2024
Participation is officially accepted when the booth fee payment is completed.
- Booth fee must be paid upon receipt of an invoice.
- For the aditional equipment, the Organizer will issue an invoice upon receipt of the completed Order Form. With the invoice, exhibitor must make payment in full by the deadline, specified on the Invoice.
Without the required payment, any Order Form will not be processed.
Note: All payments must be settled by money transfer into the following bank account in JPY only.
